Hi, I'm Omer Demir. I'm a software engineer who works on applied AI and cloud systems, and this is where I write it all down — the benchmarks, the architecture decisions, and the sharp edges I hit along the way.

Most of what you'll find here comes straight out of real project work: running small language models on-prem, building and evaluatingmulti-agent assistants, wiring up retrieval pipelines, and automating Azure infrastructure with Terraform and Bicep. I try to keep every post grounded in something that actually shipped.
